  • have an extensive background of fabricating and welding stainless steel
  • able to read engineering drawings and fabricate within the tolerance using the correct tools
  • have an eye for detail to maintain the company’s high standards
  • complete work within expected timescales while maintaining consistent weld quality
  • able to work well under their own initiative with minimum supervision as well as part of a team
  • enthusiastic and have a positive attitude while working under pressure
