Responsibility
- maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the grounds, including buildings, gardens, and outdoor areas
- perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
- plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees in gardens and landscaped areas
- remove weeds, leaves, and debris from garden beds and walkways
- operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers
- ensure that all walkways are clear of snow and ice during winter months
- as the team leader you will be working alongside and supervising the Operatives on new sites providing grass cutting strimming, shrub and border maintenance, hedge cutting, litter picking and a full range of horticultural work as required by the contracted works
- assist with the setup and teardown of outdoor events or activities
