Responsibility
- ensure accounting records are maintained on a timely accurate basis across all group and associated companies
- prepare monthly/quarterly management accounts on a timely basis for all companies
- provide accurate and concise information to directors/managers
- maintain cashflow summary for the business and alert directors of any fourth coming cash requirements
- aid directors with ad hoc financial reporting
- administer payroll and auto enrolment reporting requirements
- prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns
- liaise with accountants with statutory reporting requirements
Requirements
- minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role in a commercial environment
- experience within the recruitment industry beneficial, but not essential
- AAT/ part qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or QBE
- good communication skills
- experience with using Xero essential or are prepared to learn this system
- happy to work largely unsupported/own
- finance: 3 years
