Responsibility

  • ensure the timely completion of customer orders from sales enquiry to order despatch via effective sales and logistics activities
  • sales order input, including updating of the internal Sales-Production communication spreadsheet and sales order processing system
  • manage customer service to target satisfaction levels for existing and new business, including efficient management and administration of customer complaints
  • maintain customer database, assist in organising mail shots/new product launches etc
  • sales and general administrative activities as required
  • liaising with Production, Accounts, Technical and Quality Departments
  • pro-active and timely comprehensive sales/customer service support to external and internal customers
  • control of sales trials and samples
