Responsibility
- develop, coordinate, and implement social media and email marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and target audience
- plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- manage and maintain the company's presence on social media platforms
- design, build and maintain our social media presence
- create both video & visual content for all platforms and monitor social media trends to maximize brand visibility and engagement
- measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
- responsible for monitoring client/community engagement and social media activities, ensuring that all responses align seamlessly with our brand’s tone of voice
- identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Education
- bachelor's
Requirements
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
- proficiency in web content management systems is a plus
- proven working experience in digital marketing
- knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic website updates is a plus
- demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- any additional experience in SEO, SEM, email marketing, analytics, and marketing automation is a plus
- highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- strong strategic mindset with a hands-on approach and a can-do attitude
