Responsibility

  • carry out diagnostics, service and repair of vehicles to an excellent standard
  • perform work with efficiency and accuracy
  • identify problems with vehicles using the diagnostic equipment
  • be able to communicate repairs and issues to both the Service Advisors and Team Leaders
  • work effectively with colleagues and be a team player
  • undertake routine mechanical jobs and help where required

Requirements

  • level 2 or Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair qualification
  • NVQ/City & Guilds/JLR certifications
  • A commitment to achieve further training
  • A full UK Driving License
  • excellent Communication skills
  • motor Vehicle Mechanics: 2 years
  • A focus on continued development including adapting and learning new products and techniques when required, along with a willingness to embrace change
