Responsibility
- efficiently process and enter invoices into internal finance system
- manage and respond to queries via the accounts payable email account
- collaborate with suppliers to address queries and obtain necessary information
- conduct thorough checks and reconciliation of supplier statements
- maintain up-to-date records of suppliers' insurance details
- co-ordinate with the Commercial Team to facilitate smooth operations and payments
- prepare and submit bi-monthly BACS payments to subcontractors
- compile, verify, reconcile, and submit the monthly submissions
Requirements
- previous experience in a Purchase Ledger role, with a minimum of 2 years' experience
- A good Knowledge of basic accounting practices
- meticulous attention to detail
