Responsibility

  • efficiently process and enter invoices into internal finance system
  • manage and respond to queries via the accounts payable email account
  • collaborate with suppliers to address queries and obtain necessary information
  • conduct thorough checks and reconciliation of supplier statements
  • maintain up-to-date records of suppliers' insurance details
  • co-ordinate with the Commercial Team to facilitate smooth operations and payments
  • prepare and submit bi-monthly BACS payments to subcontractors
  • compile, verify, reconcile, and submit the monthly submissions

Requirements

  • previous experience in a Purchase Ledger role, with a minimum of 2 years' experience
  • A good Knowledge of basic accounting practices
  • meticulous attention to detail
