Responsibility
- respond to emergency callouts and diagnose and repair faults in a timely and efficient manner
- install, service, and maintain domestic and commercial boilers, gas fires, and central heating systems
- carry out safety checks and issue Gas Safe certificates as required
- provide excellent customer service, including answering customer queries and providing technical advice
- maintain accurate records of all work carried out, including parts used and time taken
- adhere to all health and safety regulations and ensure that all work is carried out in a safe and professional manner
Requirements
- hold a valid Gas Safe registration
- have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a gas engineer, with experience in both domestic and commercial work
- hold relevant qualifications, such as NVQ Level 3 in Gas Engineering or equivalent
- possess strong problem-solving and communication skills, and possess a warm and caring demeanor when working with all customers
- have a full, clean UK driving license
- demonstrate excellent communication skills with both customers, engineers and office team
- heating and plumbing: 5 years
