as a Office Administrator you will be working closely with our Sales Team, Business Owner & installation teams
set working days are Mondays & Thursdays full days. And either a Tuesday or Wednesday half day
you will be responsible for undertaking all administration duties from point of sale through to aftersales. And a strong knowledge and understanding of social media as we use this for our advertising
this includes dealing with all internal enquiries and managing social media activity and in turn liaising with the customer to book install date
liaising with the customer via the installations team to obtain outstanding paperwork/accounts and any additional information required to book installation
ensuring that all deals with sales related issues, including paperwork issues are all dealt with appropriately
following the appropriate administrative processes to ensure that all enquiries are appointed to a member of our sales team
