- we are currently recruiting Minibus Drivers
- safely operate and drive commercial trucks to transport goods and materials to designated locations within Exeter and surrounding areas
- you will also ensure a punctual schedule for departure and arrival and maintain bus safety for passengers
- load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment, ensuring secure and proper handling
- adhere to traffic regulations and company policies to maintain safe driving practices
- to be successful, you will need
- plan and execute efficient routes to meet delivery schedules and optimize fuel consumption
Requirements
- valid Commercial Driver's License with appropriate endorsements for operating commercial trucks in the United Kingdom
- proven experience as a CDL Truck Driver, preferably with experience in the transportation or logistics industry
- excellent driving skills and a strong commitment to safety
- familiarity with Exeter and surrounding areas, including knowledge of local traffic regulations and routes
- PCV Licence
- CPC Qualification
- ability to effectively navigate using GPS or other navigation systems
- strong organizational and time management skills to meet delivery deadlines
