Responsibility
file all white returns notes daily, tie up yellow copies to determine if action is
collecting invoices daily from computer/post, checking prices against delivery
entering onto the computer
write details on all return when credit notes are received or replacement invoices
maintaining internal records of tasks like returns, special purchases or stock changes
skills and experience required
hold and chasing suppliers through to resolution, entering invoices onto computer
returns note numbers to ensure paperwork trail in completed
customer service agent

we pride ourselves on great service and have a vacancy for an additional Online Customer Service Agent to help deliver that. The role is working in person at our friendly offices in TA1, 5 mins walk from the centre of town
full training is provided, the most important attributes a successful candidate must have are good communication, competent IT ability, willingness to learn new skills and ideally an interest in sports / outdoor activity or lifestyle
if you camp / climb / hike / travel / cycle tour or anything else in between, you'll speak the same language as our customers

month end processing and reporting experience
managing of PAYE, NIC, P11ds and Workplace pensions
knowledge of VAT & CDS reporting
preparation & Interpretation of Management Accounts, Cash flows and Budgeting reports
the Candidate will be an experienced professional with a strong personality
