- write details on all return when credit notes are received or replacement invoices
- maintaining internal records of tasks like returns, special purchases or stock changes
- skills and experience required
- hold and chasing suppliers through to resolution, entering invoices onto computer
- returns note numbers to ensure paperwork trail in completed
