- we at Taste of Nawab are looking to hire a Catering Operations Manager who has an experience of 2-3 years plus and understands the complex Bangladeshi &Indian cooking and knows how to explain it to potential clients who are looking for catering service for their various occasions
- responsible to: Reporting to the Director
- to assist the director, in preparing, commenting, and reporting upon the monthly and annual Profit & Loss Operating Statements for the restaurant
- ensure compliance with all Food & Beverage policies, standards and procedures by training, supervising, follow-up, and hands on management
- ensure compliance and adherence to the restaurant’s Financial Regulations and procedures, by training, supervising, follow-up audits and hands on management
- to carry out effective induction, review, and development plans for staff within the areas managed and to maintain appropriate records
- to manage all aspects of SOP’s and ensure regular reviews and document control takes place
