Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • at least 5 years of direct and indirect people management experience, with a mindset of growth and coaching
  • proficiency with data tools like Looker, Sigma, and/or SQL
  • 7+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Marketplace Operations, or similar fields, or a business unit with revenue and growth-based goals

Responsibility

  • this role reports to the Senior Director of Global Tasker Operations and has matrixed reporting to the VP of Europe. This is a supervisory role
  • set OKRs and provide regular feedback on team members' performance. Advise Success Managers on their supply alignment plays and incentives to improve local fulfillment and retention of customers in Europe
  • maintain metrics and analysis of team performance, and provide regular reporting on team performance through written analysis and performance reports
