Responsibility

  • to undertake routine cleaning tasks in accordance with an agreed schedule
  • liaise with GFRS staff
  • to undertake routine janitorial tasks in accordance with an agreed schedule
  • undertake driving tasks if/as required
  • undertake constant ‘patrols’ to ensure serviceability of resources and that they remain fit for purpose and in good presentational order
  • provide emergency janitorial cover for other sites if/as required
  • provide a flexible approach and carry out occasional additional tasks as required by the Cleaning Supervisor
  • immediate cleaning of spills etc
