  • the ability to work with the sales team to help meet monthly sales targets
  • excellent negotiating skills to win orders from our national client base
  • the production of estimates from tender enquiries using our bespoke estimating system
  • attendance at pre-start meetings and site visits
  • analyse and interpret drawings, specifications, and other documents to prepare accurate estimates
  • develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
  • identify potential problems in the project and provide solutions
  • prepare detailed cost estimates for labour, materials, and equipment
