Responsibility

  • controlling all administration activities across the store
  • work together with your store team to “wow” our customers at every turn
  • support Store colleagues to meet and greet customers as they enter the store
  • keeping orders on track, regularly liaising with suppliers, fitters, and estimators
  • oversee the diaries of our Home Consultants, Estimators and Fitting partners
  • maintain control of company cash and daily banking
  • undertake stock takes and audits on a weekly basis
  • always be on the lookout for new ways to improve our store, our service, and better serve our customers
