Requirements

Responsibility

  • processing starters and leavers and calculating pro-rated benefits and holidays
  • producing and sending P45’s, P11ds and other forms
  • accurate record keeping ensuring all supporting documents are stored in accordance with legal requirements and accessible when required
  • processing data updates and correcting any errors to ensure all HRIS remain up to date and accurate
  • providing a main point of first contact for all payroll related issues and questions with primary responsibility for managing the Payroll inbox
  • liaising with the People Team, the wider business, our third-party payroll providers as well as other third parties such as HMRC and the Irish Revenue
  • identifying and correcting payroll errors and maintaining good communication with the People Director and People Operation Manager and SD Worx to ensure corrections are applied promptly
