Responsibility

  • conduct credit control activities, ensuring timely payment of invoices and managing outstanding debts
  • update and maintain accurate sales ledger records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards
  • generate reports and provide regular updates to the finance team, highlighting any significant issues or trends
  • collaborate with the accounts receivable team to resolve any billing or payment discrepancies promptly
  • work closely with internal stakeholders, such as project managers and site teams, to address any invoicing or payment-related queries
  • assist in month-end and year-end financial closing processes as required

Requirements

  • sales Ledger: 1 year
  • solid understanding of credit control principles, construction billing processes, and relevant accounting standards
