Working hours

Responsibility

  • own relationships with new customers in order to successfully build and maintain a sales pipeline
  • manage the sales development process from start to finish - finding, nurturing and winning new clients
  • deeply understand the Tambo Compass value proposition, and effectively articulate that value to our clients
  • own a strategic client development plan in partnership with key internal stakeholders that is built on the adoption of Tambo Compass
  • respond to inbound RFPs, RFIs, and proactively develop custom ideas and solutions
  • conduct live demonstrations of Tambo Compass
  • support the development of the communications strategy and outreach campaign to find and engage our target audience
  • capture client feedback on business alignment and usability of Tambo Compass, organising feedback and collaborating with product management to drive scalable changes through to completion

Requirements

  • 3-4 Years experience in tech sales
  • experience building new customer relationships and B2B sales
  • business development experience connecting with Senior Managers in B2B organisations
  • extensive experience delivering results in a sales role at a digital ad tech company
  • ability to communicate effectively and confidently to negotiate at Senior Management level in an organisation
  • strong analytical abilities and confidence using data to inform decisions and strategies
  • proven track record of effecting customer impact quickly and effectively
  • excellent time management skills and ability to effectively prioritise
