Responsibility
- they will have the ability to work under pressure and use their own initiative whilst being guided by practice protocol
- previous veterinary experience is preferred but not essential
- A large part of this role will be Debt management duties including contacting debtors and claim outstanding debts towards the practice
- you will be responsible for recovering the money owed in as little time as possible
- this is a great opportunity for a receptionist to join our friendly team at Tamar Vets. The position will involve working from our Bude branch
- this position can be stressful and difficult
- applicants must be computer literate, have excellent customer service skills, a friendly manner and be able to deal with the public both face to face and over the telephone
- A debt manager will have to be polite and sensitive towards people while also remaining committed to their purpose and persistent
