you will be responsible for recovering the money owed in as little time as possible
this is a great opportunity for a receptionist to join our friendly team at Tamar Vets. The position will involve working from our Bude branch
this position can be stressful and difficult
applicants must be computer literate, have excellent customer service skills, a friendly manner and be able to deal with the public both face to face and over the telephone
A debt manager will have to be polite and sensitive towards people while also remaining committed to their purpose and persistent
excellent communication skills and a sense of urgency are extremely useful to succeed in this task
fridays and Saturday mornings are part of this role, the other day to be decided

to clean the reception area and consultation rooms to the highest standards and in line with company standards
dust and clean all work surfaces, light fittings, skirting boards, telephones and IT equipment, hoover and mop floors
clean the toilet and replace toiletry items

clean all kitchen equipment , crockery and cutlery
to remove all rubbish and ensure it is dispose of correctly
to report any damages or maintenance issues to the supervisor
ensure a professional approach is always delivered with particular emphasis on maintaining confidentiality
provide cover for colleagues during periods of absence
adhere to all Company polices and procedures, particularly regarding health and safety
