  • provide support for business servers and network environments
  • manage Active Directory and Microsoft 365 Environments
  • monitoring of System using RMM software
  • to answer incoming support calls and provide friendly, knowledgeable and professional advice
  • diagnose and repair IT devices in a workshop setting
  • any ad-hoc duties as required

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Requirements

  • windows PC and Server hardware/software support
  • understanding of networking, DHCP and DNS
  • understanding of networking
  • active Directory knowledge
  • knowledge of VPN, Including L2TP, OpenVPN, Site2Site
  • knowledge of VPN
