  • experience in user experience design, whether through professional experience, training, or personal projects
  • collaborative work style focused on co-creating solutions with fellow team members and other partners
  • experience with standard research methods such as user testing, interviews, focus groups, card sorting and competitor analysis
  • ability to draw insights from qualitative and quantitative data to inform designs
  • familiarity with at least one interface design tool, such as Figma or Sketch
  • awareness of technological constraints and how they affect experience design
  • effective time management and multitasking
  • passion for design and user-centric approaches
