  • be the face of the brand and create a lasting impression by engaging with customers and delivering exceptional service
  • build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and managers to maximize brand visibility and secure prime shelf space
  • merchandise and arrange product displays in an attractive and eye-catching manner, ensuring the products stand out from the competition
  • we're working with an award-winning and market-leading FMCG business who are looking for a Field Sales Representative to join a rapidly growing business
  • conduct regular store visits to monitor inventory levels, provide product training, and ensure proper stock rotation
  • collaborate with the National Accounts team to develop effective strategies and initiatives to increase sales volume and market share

Requirements

  • A passion for the beverage industry and a keen interest in popular drinks
  • previous sales experience would be desirable
  • exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively
  • self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel within assigned territories
