Responsibility

  • you’ll do this in a start-up environment with a close-knit team who just enjoy solving tech issues
  • are you an infrastructure engineer looking for something more challenging? How about setting up and maintaining infrastructure, including management of AWS, as well as assisting with DevOps, and second and third line support

Requirements

  • minimum of 2 years of second or third line support in IT infrastructure
  • 2 years of knowledge and experience in cloud computing infrastructure technologies, ideally in AWS
  • demonstrable experience provisioning and managing Linux and Windows servers, including experience with deploying containerised apps using Docker and/or Kubernetes
  • demonstrable experience using Unix/Bash on Linux and CMD/Powershell on Windows
  • experience with Jumpcloud or similar Active Directory solutions for user and device management
  • ideally some familiarity with DevOps concepts such as source control and CI/CD pipelines
  • independent problem solving and research skills to keep on top of new technologies and best practices
  • IT support: 2 years
