Responsibility
- identify, source and screen candidates from Engineering backgrounds, with previous Embedded Engineering experience
- responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process
- conduct telephone interviews to pre-screen candidates, scheduling face to face and/or video interviews
- update and maintain applicant tracking database
- coordinate with hiring managers and other HR colleagues to ensure smooth recruitment process
Contract type
- recruitment experience, and previous experience in hiring Embedded Engineering professionals
- experience in sourcing profiles with Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Firmware, PCB Design etc. skills for Aerospace and Defence project requirements
- experience in finding profiles with active UK Security Clearance holders / Engineers eligible for security clearance
- must have a positive attitude that quickly adapts to process changes and improvement suggestions
- strong understanding of current and emerging technology positions and trends
- exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- strong analytical, evaluation, persuasive, and negotiation skills
- we’re looking for x2 Internal Recruiter / Contract Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner on a remote or hybrid basis based in England, UK for a 3-6 month contract
