Responsibility
as the first point of contact for all employees regarding HR matters, you'll be their trusted guide through their career journey
the role will be based 3 days on site and 2 days remote
administration and note-taking for HR-led meetings including disciplinary/grievance hearings and consultations
you'll manage all administration and note-taking for HR-led meetings, from disciplinary/grievance hearings to consultations
preparing and amending HR documentation, i.e. employment contracts, references and resignation letters
you'll work on a variety of people related project work including DE&I & Operational Excellence
employment contract administration, including compliance, liaison with future employees and managing onboarding alongside the line manager and recruitment
behind the scenes you'll prepare and amend HR documents, including employment contracts, references, and resignation letters
Requirements
proven experience in a hands-on HR role within a fast-paced environment
you've had a taste of ER casework, and you're ready for more
have had exposure to ER casework
time management is your forte; you know how to prioritise and work with urgency, managing conflicting priorities whist working at pace
ability to manage your own time, prioritize workload, and work with a sense of urgency where required
you're a master collaborator, engaging constructively with colleagues across the business
ability to engage constructively with colleagues across the business
