Responsibility
- strategic program oversight, planning and execution
- lead a large team of Solution Consultants with responsibility for coaching, personal development, team performance and work allocation etc
- partner with global BPO owner to define 1/3/5-year business plans and with local teams to develop execution strategies
- introduce and embed key metrics and process to assess and measure performance
- continually improve processes and experience to scale the business
- drive strategy for major growth initiatives with strategic partnerships and wider market expansion
- ability to embrace a growth mindset and inspire others
- squad leader for outsource platforms and program, working with key stakeholders and business unit leaders to develop overall strategy, resource requirements, budget, timelines, execution, and success measures
Requirements
- five years' experience in the software industry
- university degree educated or equivalent experience
- must have good communication and organizational skills, demonstrate initiative, and work well in a team-based environment
- ability to work in a fast-moving environment with ever changing priorities
- be a strategic thinker, results-oriented, with a complete willingness to accept accountability for results
- proven ability to bring groups together to complete tasks
- strong communication skills verbal and written, at the right level of details
- ability to put together attractive and convincing presentations
