Responsibility
- confidently and accurately provide quotations and estimates based on customers diagrams and requirements, including bespoke work and transportation
- ensuring all opportunities are logged correctly within the CRM system and follow them up to negotiate and secure the orders
- converting the quotes to orders and ensuring they are processed accurately and efficiently

- working closely with the Landscaping Consultants and the external sales team
- process all merchant and stockist orders for the Luxigraze & Piranha brands
- communicating stock availability and expected delivery timescales by incoming and outgoing telephone calls and emails
- upsell and/or cross sell across all brands whilst making the initial quotations
- providing first point customer complaint resolution
- completing outbound calls to our customer and contractors as required
- negotiating
- processing marketing requests for point-of-sale requirements
- any other ad hoc duties that may arise
- effective communication with all stakeholders
