Responsibility

  • assisting buyers with setting up and attending meetings with Taiwanese suppliers
  • assisting Taiwanese companies with exploring the UK, Ireland & Nordic markets
  • dealing with sourcing and business inquiries from buyers and Taiwanese companies
  • organising trade promotion events, seminars, roadshows, etc
  • preparing for and participating in exhibitions in the UK, Ireland & Nordics to promote Taiwanese products and our services
  • inviting speakers and industry leaders to participate in webinars or physical events in Taiwan to share their insights
  • inviting buyers from the UK, Ireland & Nordics to participate in online and/ or physical trade events with Taiwanese suppliers from a range of industries
  • inviting journalists and media to attend webinars or physical events

Requirements

  • british Citizenship or having the right to work in the UK
  • familiarity with international business
  • good communication skills
  • proactive team worker, equally self-motivated and able to work autonomously
  • knowledge of Taiwan and Mandarin is desirable but not essential
  • the first 3 months of your employment with us will be a probationary period
  • education: Bachelor's Degree minimum
