  • liaise with outsourced payroll services informing of any changes
  • completion of management accounts showing monthly and year to date income and expenditure against budget
  • assist in the production of annual accounts
  • ensure all grant spending complies with criteria specified
  • inputting allfinancial transactions on QuickBooks online
  • completion of annual returns to OSCR and Companies House
  • administer finance-related tasks – sending and paying all invoices, reconciliation of 3 bank accounts, calculating staff expenses on a monthly basis
  • liaise with Fundraising Manager and Administrative Assistant on interlinking tasks
