Responsibility

  • all aspects of Bank reconciliation
  • process invoices and liaise with managers to resolve queries
  • reconcile Purchase and Credit Card statements
  • prepare payment runs for suppliers
  • monitor & control accounts
  • handling & Reconcile cash
  • general Ledger and administration duties as required
  • managements Accounts

Requirements

  • recent Accounts Sales & Purchase Ledger experience
  • recent experience of SAGE LINE 50 accounting software
  • experience of Invoice factoring companies & process
  • good computer skills, particularly Excel
  • excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • good communicator, comfortable dealing with colleagues at all levels
  • accounting: 3 years
  • bookkeeping: 3 years
