  • appleton’s is a well-established traditional pork butcher and pie maker with shops in Ripon, Wetherby, Boroughbridge, and Knaresborough
  • we’ve been selling quality meat from our Ripon shop since 1867
  • selling a wide range of fresh pork, hams, sausages and of course our legendary pork pies
  • appleton’s commitment to quality and good value remains unchanged
  • we require an experienced Sous Chef to assist the Head Chef, the role involves
  • assisting in the preparation and cooking of pie fillings, ready meals, cooked meats, pâtésand pastry goods
  • ordering required stock from suppliers with the head chef
  • adhere to Appleton’s recipes to ensure consistent products and accurate allergen labelling
