Requirements

  • good understanding of, or experience with IT, computer systems, and general technology
  • tech savvy with a like of using technology and computers
  • logical and methodical ability to diagnose and problem-solve basic technical issues
  • suitably cautious in the approach to using powerful tools and IT knowledge correctly
  • attention to detail and good organisation skills
  • experience working in a help desk/service desk or in a customer service role
  • ability to ask questions and for help when required
  • existing IT or computer-related qualification
