liaise with the operations manager forecasting labour requirements for expected works
mechanical fitter
Responsibility
mechanical aluminium extrusion frame assembly
interpretation of mechanical drawings for constructions of machines
mechanical construction of machinery tools and measuring and validation of assembly
rework of tooling parts, using milling machine, lathes and workshop tools
pneumatics and sensors installation of all machine tools
assembly of robot grippers and installation of robot tooling
assembly and fitting of production machines
commissioning / Development of machines alongside the software / electrical engineer
mechanical design engineer
Responsibility
designing fixtures, jigs, assembly benches, semi-automated to fully automated machines to aid customers in manufacturing process
issue manufacturing drawings and liaise with the workshop
following up with manufacturing and ensuring correct interpolation of drawings and projects
following up projects commissioning
liaising with customers and building relationships
checking and ensuring designs for all projects meet company standards
working for the lean manufacturing and design team; designing machinery for Automotive and Aerospace and any other Industry related to division provided services
manufacturing engineer
Responsibility
manage manufacturing projects, ensuring quality and deadline adherence
attend weekly production meetings and collaborate with the project team
align production programs with contract timelines
request orders for materials and confirm labour requirements
monitor costs bi-weekly and report on job status
optimise procurement options and ensure multiple quotes for high-value items
review tender documents, specifications, and contract terms
conduct site visits for client meetings and information gathering
design engineer
Responsibility
designing fixtures, jigs, assembly benches, and semi-automated to fully automated machines to assist customers in their manufacturing processes
issuing manufacturing drawings and coordinating with the workshop
following up with manufacturing to ensure accurate interpretation of drawings and successful project execution
overseeing project commissioning
liaising with customers to build and maintain relationships
ensuring that all designs for projects meet company standards
working with the lean manufacturing and design team to design machinery for the automotive, aerospace, and other industries related to the services provided by the division
