Responsibility
- collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability
- ensure high quality graphic standards and brand consistency
- conducting User Interface tests for the purpose of maximizing performance
- accurately translate user and business needs into functional frontend code
- build a clean and effective user experience for customers
- ensure that established design standards are consistently and appropriately applied within the design work
- engage with business stakeholders to understand the development project business contexts
- develop standard UI components and style guides for company-wide use
Requirements
- ability to innovate and develop out-of-the-box solutions to complex user interaction problems
- strong presentation skills
- experience with HTML5, CSS3 and the use of various JavaScript frameworks in interface design
- ability to lead and direct design thinking for a wide range of products
- expert knowledge of UI design principles and techniques
- expert knowledge of responsive design and mobile UI
- ability to perform in a fast-paced design process under minimal supervision
- outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and ability to present work to leaders and large groups
