- as a Production Technician you will be responsible for the management and integrity of data collection in your area

- responsible for execution of daily and weekly harvest in your area
- maintain cuttings quality standards by enforcing Wows and protocols
- responsible to advice managers for any disciplinary actions
Requirements
- accountabilities
- managing a given area with approximately three crews during peak season
- execution of daily and weekly harvest in your area

- HS Diploma or GED preferred
- active knowledge in managing crews is a plus
- communication on crew’s performance compared to expectations
- competent work skills with scanners and tablets is desired
- responsible for monitoring, coaching and encouraging the crews on performance
- ability to walk in sandy soil
- all applicants must be eligible to work in the US
- enforcement of systems, policies, and procedures in your area of responsibilities and advising managers on any necessary disciplinary actions
- experience in the management of a large diverse workforce
- 100% working outdoors under various weather conditions
- maintains workflow by monitoring resources/personnel in assigned area
- understanding of Lean manufacturing principles
- scheduling management and communication
- all applicants must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
- bilingual is preferred
- must be able to lift 50lbs
- monitor harvest and crop maintenance progress; revision of schedules as required
