Responsibility
- troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Azure cloud services, VMWare private cloud and networking
- work across all manner of Microsoft enterprise services providing support
- work across the full Microsoft 365 stack supporting customers
- manage security solutions
- collaborate with internal teams to define and implement enhancements, meeting client requirements and specifications
- optimize infrastructure for cost efficiency, security, and performance
- provide technical expertise and guidance to customers and colleagues
- continuously monitor and maintain environments to ensure high availability and optimal performance
Requirements
- A passion and enthusiasm for technology
- ideally experienced working in an MSP environment
- strong troubleshooting skills in Active Directory, Microsoft Server, VMWare and Azure services
- familiarity with scripting/automation tools would be a benefit
- knowledge of Cybersecurity best practices
- excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- you should possess or be working towards Azure certifications
