Responsibility

  • providing exceptional customer service and support from CRM, Outbound calls, e-mail as specified within the company’s standards and guidelines
  • to be front-of-house, being on the front line in logging service desk tickets and taking ownership of issues
  • communicate to customers and vendors via email and phone for initial requirement capture
  • maintaining and increasing product knowledge on applicable products / applications via training, documentation, personal research
  • support and administer Cloud-based services for customers
  • logging issues and resolutions thoroughly in the CRM
  • escalating issues within Service Desk and to management officials as/when required
  • identifying any potential sales opportunities and to pass this onto the relevant sales representative

Requirements

  • previous experience in a 1st Line Service Desk role or in a Service Desk based environment
  • used to working to within business processes to deadlines
  • adhering to agreed Service Levels
  • be pro-active and responsible
  • ability to be front of house/front-line and take ownership of service desk tickets
  • some experience of Microsoft products and services
  • any knowledge on hosted IP voice services would be an advantage
  • an aptitude to want to learn and progress your technical abilities
