  • ensure clients, installers and suppliers are supported through every stage of the contract process
  • act as the main point of contact for incoming enquires, orders and ongoing installations
  • process in-bound leads, factfinding and associated paperwork
  • prepare quotations for submission to client
  • follow up on quotations on the telephone and by email, and clarifying any queries
  • make telephone and face to face meeting appointments for the Director or support team
