SYNERGY ACCESS is looking for employees for positions:

scaffolder

  • scaffolder

Responsibility

  • work alongside the client’s Site Management Team for delivery of required scaffolding works
  • the planning & delivery of the scaffolding on a new-build housing development
  • you will be required to manage a small team of scaffolders on a daily basis
  • the safe erecting and dismantling of scaffolding is required at all times
  • compliant working is required at all times - We work under NASC guidelines as a Scaffolding Contractor
  • A high standard of work is required at all times - We carry out quality control checks on a regular basis, to ensure we are delivering compliantly at all times

Requirements

  • working on a self employed basis
  • you are required to provide your own PPE and tools
  • A Valid CISRS Scaffolders card is required
  • you must have experience working on housebuilding sites and Managing a team daily
  • A valid SSSTS card is required for the Supervisor role
  • you must be able to get yourself to site each day
  • you must be able to work part of a team
  • you must have a customer focused attitude - Ensuring the clients needs are met
