Responsibility
- first & Second fix joinery – Kitchens/Doorsets/Skirting/Architrave/Window board/Boiler plinths
- assisting in enabling works – removing fixtures and fittings to waste etc
- always comply with company policies, procedures and instructions and act in the best interest of the company at ALL times
- duties encompassed in this role will include, but not be limited to
- adapting to a variety of tasks which could include tiling, basic fire-stopping, painting, mastic application and other general duties as required in order to assist either Synergize personnel or any of the various trades on site
- fully comply with responsibilities as laid down in the Company Health, Safety & Environment Policy and as explained in Site Health and Safety rules/procedures
- collection of waste materials at the end of each day and dispose of in the waste in the correct segregated containers or skips
- contribute to improving the business, protecting and enhancing the reputation of the company, by putting forward new ideas and, when requested to do so, implementing change that has been agreed in the first instance with the Site Manager
Requirements
- CSCS Card holder and be experienced in working on Live construction sites. High standard of quality and diligence towards work undertaken is very important. Fully competent in the use of all cordless/110v power tools
