  • lead, mentor, and inspire a team of service desk professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and technical support
  • continuously assess and improve service desk processes, workflows, and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • allocate and manage resources effectively to meet service desk demands, including staffing, training, and performance evaluations
  • we are looking for a talented and experienced Service Desk Manager to lead our service desk team and ensure the efficient and effective delivery of IT support services
  • monitor and evaluate service desk performance through regular reporting and analysis, identifying areas for improvement
  • the Service Desk Manager will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day operations, overseeing a team of dedicated support professionals, and driving continuous improvement in service quality
  • manage relationships with third-party vendors and suppliers ensure service delivery is optimised
  • implement and adhere to ITIL best practices for service management
