Requirements
- experience supporting IT within an organisation
- prior experience in a service desk or helpdesk environment is advantageous
- hands-on experience with networking, Windows environments and hardware
- familiarity with servers and Office 365
- microsoft Intune experience would be a distinct advantage
- an industry-accredited qualification is desired but not essential
Responsibility
- we are seeking a diligent and proactive IT Technician for 1st line support to temporarily fill in for a team member on maternity leave
- you will be playing a key role within our IT department as the first point of contact for our users, ensuring smooth and efficient IT support within our organisation
- working in a small team and reporting to the Group IT Manager, you will be responsible for the triaging of IT support tickets, aiming for a first-touch fix for approximately 300 users around the globe
