Responsibility
- deliver a six-figure strategic growth plan for the Film, Trailer & TV markets
- management of key accounts and sales pipeline to assist in the delivery of the growth plan
- negotiate contracts, frameworks and strategic deals with Film, Trailer & TV giants
- build strong relationships with Film, Trailer & TV affiliates globally with the intention of developing opportunities
- develop external interest such that the frequency of pitches remains on a positive trajectory
- promote and develop Syncsmith’s aesthetic, presence and output
- pitching to trailer houses, film directors, tv producers and development of a professional network
- implement creative promotional and marketing strategies
Requirements
- bachelors or Master’s Degree
- expert knowledge of the Film, Trailer & TV markets, key players and associated protocols
- passion for music, experimental, avant-garde and electronic music
- familiar with licensing, publishing, copyright and music rights processes and protocol
- ability to work alone, adopt a self-starter role and determine own schedule
- flexible, honest, hard-working and willing to step outside the 9-5
- A record of success in procuring £50k+ synchronisation deals in creative advertising, film, trailers, tv, gaming etc
