Responsibility

  • manage Support teams
  • manage the IT major incident process
  • ensure the technical services teams adhere to the IT department change management process
  • practice and ensure the adherence of asset management for IT hardware and software
  • establish and maintain regular written and in-person communications with the organisation's executives, department heads and end users regarding pertinent IT activities
  • in collaboration with the Directors and Senior Leadership team maintain effective operational cover and support arrangements to manage services to meet client expectations
  • responsibility for IT Induction and education for new members of technical services staff

Requirements

  • experience in the Retail sector is preferred but not essential

Contract type
