establish and maintain regular written and in-person communications with the organisation's executives, department heads and end users regarding pertinent IT activities
in collaboration with the Directors and Senior Leadership team maintain effective operational cover and support arrangements to manage services to meet client expectations
responsibility for IT Induction and education for new members of technical services staff
Requirements
experience in the Retail sector is preferred but not essential
Contract type
