SYLVIANCARE is looking for employees for positions:
- support the Registered Manager, Coordinator and Field Care Supervisors in their roles
- manage the company fleet of cars, ensuring that the carers have cars that are in good running order
- manage the staff houses
- handle day-to-day administrative running responsibilities of the office
- other administrative tasks as required to support the business such as maintaining satisfactory PPE levels, carers’ uniforms, office supplies, etc
- previous experience in an administrative role
- driving license and own car
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- knowledge of the domiciliary care sector is a plus
- microsoft Office: 1 year
- administrative experience: 2 years
- lead and manage a team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services
- foster a culture of person-cantered care, promoting dignity, respect, and independence for all clients
- develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, their families, and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of tailored care plans
- ensure compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures, maintaining accurate records and documentation
- oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of staff, fostering a strong and motivated team
- monitor and evaluate service delivery, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective strategies to enhance client satisfaction
- proven experience in managing a team in a health or social care setting, preferably within a home care environment
- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care
- in-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, including CQC requirements
- RMA Level 4
- or an equivalent qualification that demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of the industry and relevant regulations
- effective organisational and time-management skills, enabling the prioritisation of tasks and the ability to work under pressure
- attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements
- registered Manager with a relevant professional qualification
