Responsibility

  • responsible for supporting Lingo customers with product or order related calls
  • discuss product features and benefits with customer and maintain established inbound sales conversion rates
  • answer inbound calls within guidelines/goals established by the client and contact center management
  • engage with customer via Twitter or Facebook messaging , Live Chat and email
  • process web shop orders including order intake, shipment set up and follow up
  • assist customers with opt-ins, program qualification or other marketing activities during inbound calls
  • troubleshoot the calls and replace customers faulty product where applicable in accordance with company procedures
  • complete daily tasks as allocated in an efficient and timely manner
