Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- managing the process and flow of inbound stock using a warehouse management system
- maintaining and building effective working relationships with other supervisors, Managers and keeping stake holders updated on team progress
- carrying out daily briefings for the team
- contributing to identifying, reviewing and implementing improvement initiatives and KPIs to advance operational policies and processes
- responsible for people management including organising overtime, absence management and staff disciplinary issues
- responsible for the day to day supervision and allocation of workload, resource and equipment to ensure the safe and efficient running of the team
- promoting a positive morale across the company
- overseeing stock control, managing the cyclical stock count and championing stock accuracy
Requirements
- IOSH Certificate and Health and Safety legislation knowledge desirable
- MHE licence desirable
- IT Skills and warehouse management system experience
