Responsibility
- define project milestones, tasks, and deliverables
- the Project Engineer is responsible for overseeing Company engineering projects from inception to completion
- identify and assess project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies
- assisting the Programme Manager in developing project plans, including scope, objectives, schedules, and budgets in accordance with Company Project Engineering and Management systems and checklists
- to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage resources, ensure project specifications are met, and drive the successful delivery of projects within established constraints
- monitor resource utilization to ensure efficient project execution
- allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
- develop and enforce safety protocols and procedures
