Responsibility

  • you would be reporting to the Project manager on a day to day basis to update on job completion
  • sword Services Ltd are a Customer Based Organisation based in Egham whose business is focused on the provision of high quality installation and maintenance services for specialist secure area entry management and surveillance equipment and commercial door entry systems
  • the post requires that you report to Head Office in good time to be briefed and depart on task at 0730 daily or 1930 at night. Daily activity briefs are generally delivered at 0715hrs
  • you would be a member of a small team completing installations of systems within a High security Environment often within the Aviation transport and Education sectors
  • the ability to communicate with the client enquiries and deliver a high standard of customer service in a clear and professional manner
  • the normal hours are 07:30 to 16:30 however the nature of the position requires the flexibility to work night shifts Sun – Fri on occasion
  • to adhere to Company and Site Health, Safety and Environmental Procedures
  • undertake additional duties at the request of the management for the benefit of the company

Requirements

  • clean and proven employment record for security reasons and clearance
  • full Driving License Required
  • knowledge of 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • ability to work safely and carry out written and verbal instructions
  • ability to communicate clearly both written and verbal
  • reliability and Honesty are the Ethos of the Company
  • self-motivated/ own initiative with communication to head office
  • the flexibility to react within a fast changing environment that is often experienced on Construction Sites
